TUDERBOND ® is an external wall cladding realized with a modular element structure with a reticular frame with steel profiles anchored to the main structure of the building, interchangeable cladding panels, and windowposts and sills, corners, upper and inferior terminal.
The TUDERBOND ® system consists in:
- Reticular substructure
- Blind panels with thermic cut
- Static air chamber
Tubular profiles in galvanized steel …..x….. vertically and/or horizontally arranged and fixed to the bearing structure of the building by means of a suitable joint system.
Blind panels with thermic cut
To be realised as follows:
- External support in flat 0,6 mm sheet of galvanized steel / aluminium / stainless steel / cor-ten, obtained from cold profiling of coils. The corners are rounded and drawn without sheet interruption on the coined visible face.
- Internal support in 0,5 mm galvanized steel
- Insulation of polyurethane, CFC free according to UNI EN 13165, density approx 40kg/m3.
Characteristics of the panels
- Width of panel: mm 1000-500
- Length of panel: variable (min. 1000 – max. 6000 mm)
- Thickness: 50-60-80 mm
Special extruded aluminium profiles with gasket used as architectural and connection elements with the other components.
Finishing elemts with thermic cut
Special components with thermic cut (Inferior Terminal, Upper terminal, curved or 90° corner panels, windowposts, sills and window lintels) all having same technical and esthetical characteristics of the main panels, used to close the panels and to connect them with the other components.
Static air chamber
The system foresees a static or ventilated air gap between the architectural wall cladding and the internal wall that permits the transpiration of the latter, protects the structures against atmospherical agents, improves the thermo-acoustic insulation and avoids loss of heat from inside towards outsides
The erection is executed by anchoring the substructure to the bearing structure of the building and following fixing of the the panels and special components
Measuring is effected on max. overall perimeter of wall claddings including welts of terminals and corners.
